Sometimes you want to go deeper, and get more individual attention.  Jenny is completing her National Board Health and Wellbeing certificate, and will be available to schedule individual coaching sessions starting in June 2026.  Coaching sessions might include motivational interviewing to get to the heart of your wants and needs, nutrition and meal planning, developing strategies for more anti inflammatory cooking and eating, utilizing and adjusting dietary choices and food consumption to support mental and physical health, and overall lifestyle changes that are both sustainable and enjoyable make the connection for themselves, between food choices and their impact on us, other people, and the environment.  

Most importantly, this is an opportunity to discover or re-discover the joy and satisfaction of cooking together, creating delicious, nourishing food and sharing a meal.

Training to support any content is encouraged. The first 4-hour training is complimentary, and additional training is $1500 per 4 hours. Purchase an existing course for $1000.

Embrace Imperfection

In my own journey, I have worked to prioritize a style of eating and living that can contribute to regenerating the planet and also nourish all parts of me.  It is not perfect, and I am always learning, but I believe that making informed choices, while also working to challenge and change what is inequitable about our system, are the foundations of building a food system that nourishes all humans, our communities, and the planet. And, sometimes cookies and ice cream are the best choice!
